CHARLIE ACKRON !!At this moment Charlie Ackron is definitely certifiably insane. It was October and the day was by far not the warmest day the month of October has ever seen. Actually it was pretty damn cold out, hence the reason she was out of her mind. Right now Charlie was standing at the edge of the lake her long light brown hair pulled into a sloppy ponytale and clad in a black bikini.
Sticking her toe in the water Charlie shivered and wandered what the hell she was doing out in the cold October weather. It was a weekend so there weren’t any classes and luckily Quidditch practice was canceled because the Captain got bit by a rat that some first year accidentally made venomous on some crazy mistake. It wasn’t like Charlie was going to do homework, like she even understood half of it. Sometimes Charlie wandered if she was even a witch at all.
However none of that explained why she was about to jump into a freezing lake. Maybe it was when she woke up this morning she saw the lake and thought it might be fun, well right now it didn’t seem so much fun. Seriously somebody should send her to the crazy wing at the hospital because this was absolutely nuts.
Deciding that reasons weren’t an issue Charlie climbed up a little overhang and looked down at the water. I’m absolutely insane, Charlie thought. Then as she counted to three in her head she ran off the overhang and jumped into the freezing water. Once she emerged to the surface, her teeth chattering Charlie said loudly, “Holy effing shit!”

Angie had been sitting on the edge of the lake, enjoying its peaceful-ness. Instead of eating in the crowded cafeteria, she had decided to pack herself a lunch and have a picnic on the lakes edge, by herself. She was the type of person who was always around people, but sometimes needed a break.
She was the only one there, for a while. But then she saw Charlie; a good friend of hers, the same year as her, but in demurral house. Chuckling, she figured Charlie would be up to something silly. She saw her wearing a bathing suit, and couldnt believe it. It had to be only about 30 degrees out, but there Charlie was, about to jump in the lake. And before Angie knew it, her friend had jumped in and came up for her first breathe.
Running over to where Charlie could see her, Angie laughed and yelled, "Are you crazy??

CHARLIE ACKRON !!Okay so Charlie thought she was out at the lake alone, turns out she was wrong. Just what she needed was for some random person to see her do something as crazy and stupid as jump into a freezing cold lake. Then someone would definitely through her in a padded room… or some kind of magical padded room… thing. Okay Charlie is muggleborn and really doesn’t know where the hell they’d send her.
However she lucked out when she turned to see Angie standing on the waters edge. Okay that was a good thing because Angie and she were actually friends. When they had classes together Charlie tried to buddy up with Angie because well Angie was smart and Charlie wasn’t. Well that might be obvious by looking at their positions in relation to the lake.
”Yeaaah!” She called over to Angie, confirming the fact that she was absolutely, downright insane. Teeth chattering Charlie climbed out of the water, shivering. She grabbed the pair of sweats and longsleeve shirt she brought and realized that she forgot a towl. Yup Charlie wasn’t the smartest. Walking over to Angie Charlie stuttered out “C-c-c-caaan youuuuuu u-u-u-usssse ma-ma-magiiccc toooo ma-ma-make meee waaarrrrm??”

Angie couldn't believe that Charlie could possibly be doing that. Okay...actually, she could. Charlie wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the shed. She watched her friend get out of the water, and put on her clothes, shivering violently. "Oh Charlie, here." she said, muttering a spell so that hot air shot out of the end of her wand.

CHARLIE ACKRON !!Thank the lord that Charlie had a friend that knew spells that she didn’t. Honestly Charlie should probably learn more spells, but that was kind of difficult for her. Maybe she has taken too many Bludgers to the head, either way Angie was a life saver and now Charlie felt nice and warm. It was much much better than being freezing cold. The jump though was still fun.
”Thanks Ang,” Charlie said and gave her a big smile. ”You know I’m no good at remembering stuff like spells.”
NOTE: sorry its so short DX

Angie sighed, her friend could be so helpless sometimes. "Its okay, love. And maybe you should, ya know it comes in handy when your a witch to actually learn the spells." she said with a laugh. "What even possesed you to do that?"
OOC; thats what HE said xD and it's okay ^^

CHARLIE ACKRON !!Okay so what Angie said was completely true. Charlie should really learn how to do more spells. Its not like she hasn’t tried too but the only ones she can figure out are minor ones. It’s a miracle she can scrap up passing marks in any of her classes but potions because Charlie is actually good a potions. Maybe she’ll just have to make her living by doing something with potions or doing something barely related to magic like open up an icecream shop or hopefully become a famous Quidditch player.
Then there was he question of why she even thought of jumping into the lake. It looked fun was the only thing that Charlie could think of. At least Angie knew her and would accept Charlie’s answer because what else would Charlie do with no Quidditch practice, homework? No, the rest of her friends were sleeping or something, but not Charlie. Actually she really should be doing homework because she is kind of behind and she has about a ton of essays to write.
”I know I know Ang,” Charlie told her and waved a hand as if batting away the subject of learning. ”You know I’m no good at any of that stuff, it’s a miracle that I’m even good at Potions.” After taking a deep breath, because Charlie was talking rather fast. ”And you know it looked pretty fun to jump in the lake… so I did!”

Angie listened to Charlie babble about how potions was the only thing she was good at, at an extremely fast pace. Charlie was a notorious fast-talker, and Angie could barely understanf what she was saying sometimes. It was quite difficult, actually, when they worked in class together, and Angie couldn't understand the instructions Charlie was reading.
It was true; potions was the only class Charlie seemed to excel in. Angie, well, she did good in every class, but potions wasn't her favorite. She was more into transfiguration and charms. Very useful things to know, in her oppinion.
"Oh Charlie. If only everyone were as carefree as you." she said with a chuckle. And it was a genuin statement; if Charlie wanted to do something, she just did it, without holding back, something Angie admired her for.

CHARLIE ACKRON !!True that Charlie was very carefree. It didn’t mean she didn’t care, she wasn’t careless, just carefree/i]. Now she didn’t really care much for school, but school didn’t count. Actually Charlie never really counted school for anything. Like if she was deciding what to do with her day she wouldn’t even consider homework, maybe she should start doing that… Well either way it was true that Charlie was very carefree.
”Well what can I say? It takes a lot of work.” Charlie said with a wink. Deciding it was a little cold out, maybe it was more than a little but Charlie was used to being outside in the cold from Quidditch, but right now she was sitting still and felt a little cold, but that didn’t matter she was set on having more fun. ”Lets do something fun!”

"Let's do something fun!" Angie heard Charlie explain. That was another thing about Charlie; she was very hyper. Angie liked hyper people, because she hated being around slugs and negative energy.
Angie then realized how hungry she was. "Something fun would be great, but I kinda want to finish my lunch first. Want to share?" she said, turning back to the spot she had set up her blanket and food.

CHARLIE ACKRON !!At the mention of food Charlie realized that she didn’t stop in the cafeteria for some food. Since Charlie had just woken up from sleeping just a few hours ago and hadn’t even gotten breakfast. Well it would be a great idea to eat some food. Hopefully Angie had some sweets, because that’s Charlie’s favorite, anything sweet that is.
”Yeaah!” Charlie said enthusiastically and walked over to Angie’s blanket. Sitting down on the blanket Charlie said, ”So what do ya got?”

Angie went over to her bag and unpacked it; she had packed enough for two, just in case she had run into anybody. Two turkey sandwiches, chips, soda, and hershey's kisses for desert. Angie threw Charlie one of the sandwhiches and began to nibble hers. "So what else have you been up to?" she asked.

CHARLIE ACKRON !!Well there was nothing particularly new that Charlie could think of. Sure she was playing Quidditch as usual, school was as horrible as ever, and she was having a great time with her friends around the clock. Maybe she should plan a party or something. Yeah! She could through a huge party in the Demurral common room and sneak people from other houses in. That would be a lot of fun.
”Nothing new really.” Charlie said but then decided that since Angie was right there she could help with the planning. Usually when Charlie tried to plan something she forgot something crucial like food or actually inviting people. ”Hey you wanna through a party with me?”

"Hey, you wanna throw a party with me?" Angie heard Iggy ask. She pondered it for a second, taking another bite of her sandwhich. A party sounded like a lot of fun, but where would they have it? Who would be invited? When? She asked herself all these questions, but didnt want to ask them all at once.
"Yeah! That would be soooo much fun. Where and when?"
