Ashley made her way down to the lake. She loved the scenery by the lake, it always calmed her down. The serenity of the water always made her smile. She was in casual muggle clothes today. Just shorts, a purple tank top, and purple flip flops. She didn't feel like dressing up much, but she made sure that she looked good. Her blonde hair was in a high pony tail, curly as ever, and bobbing as she made her way down to the lake.
She sat down on a rock, staring at the water. She watched as the water rippled with the gentle wind. She smiled, that sight always made her smile. She loved how calm it was. Even though she hated the quiet, this type of quiet, where she was focused on something, didn't bother her. She sighed again, and propped her chin up on her hand, her hand resting on her knee.
She must've looked very relaxed on that rock, she definitely felt it. She didn't want to go back up to the castle, she wanted to stay out here forever. She decided that she would stay out here for as long as possible. Her smile widened. That would be a while.
